The data describes the station-wise details of the power generation in the state of Madhya Pradesh on monthly basis by the Madhya Pradesh Power Generating Company Limited (MPPGCL). MPPGCL is a wholly owned company of MP Government engaged in generation of electricity in the state of Madhya Pradesh. It is a successor entity of erstwhile Madhya Pradesh State Electricity Board (MPSEB). The Company, while operating and maintaining its existing units, is also constructing new Power Plants for increasing capacity in the State of Madhya Pradesh.
The data refers to the outlay and expenditure in the power sector for various Plans and it also contains comparison of outlay and expenditure in the power sector with all sectors.
