Get data regarding Students enrolment statistics according to AISHE survey. Students enrolment is total students on roll in a Programme as on 30th September of the academic year. Student means a student of the Institution and includes any person who has enrolled himself/ herself for pursuing any programme of study conducted by the Institution. Foreign Students mean those students who are citizens of a country other than India. Students intake is annual permitted strength for a particular programme of study which means the number of seats in a programme.

The ratio of the female to male in higher education measures progress towards gender equity and the level of learning opportunities available for women in relation to those available to men. It serves also as a significant indicator of the empowerment of women in society. The data provides state-wise gender parity index for all categories, SC and ST.

Government of India in consultation with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Indian Bankers Association (IBA) has framed a Comprehensive Educational Loan Scheme to provide Interest Subsidy to ensure that no deserving student in the Country is deprived of higher education for want of finances. The new scheme covers all type of courses including professional courses in schools and colleges in India.
